When and where does the NaokiCon take place?

The Naoki Convention will take place on September 13th and 14th, 2025 in the 100.5 Arena in Aachen.

When does the convention start?

The Naoki Convention will take place on the first day, September 13, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

On the second day, September 14, 2025, the event will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

How do i get my ticket?

After purchase, you will receive your ticket digitally by email as a PDF to the email address provided during purchase. Tickets are sent weekly. Please note that tickets are not sent by post, but only to the email address used to make the payment (e.g. with PayPal, to the email address provided there).

Can i pass my ticket on?

Yes, you can pass on your ticket, the order number will be checked on site and deleted from the system.

Can i also buy tickets on site?

The box office has not yet been set and we cannot guarantee whether it will be available. So make sure you get your tickets early while they are available!

As an exhibitor, am I allowed to show/sell adult content?

NaokiCon is family-friendly and should remain so, therefore adult content of any kind is prohibited.

Can i attend the convention in a wheelchair?

Definitely! Feel free to speak to our staff at the entrance and you will be taken to the barrier-free entrance.

Can dogs be brought?

Dogs are not allowed to be brought to the convention, with the exception of assistance dogs such as guide dogs.
