GENERALLY APPLIES

The forecourt of the exhibition hall, the The exhibition hall itself, as well as the outdoor area, fall within the scope of the convention. The venue has a handicapped accessible entrance. If you need help, please contact our organization team!

Minors at the Con

For security reasons, ID is required at the event, i.e. have your ID with you in case of emergency .

Children under 11 years of age have free entry, but appropriate proof of age must be presented if required.

Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or an authorized adult companion, don’t worry, you don’t necessarily have to hold hands hold!

Backpacks

Backpacks with a capacity of more than 24 liters are not permitted in the main hall, but can be handed over to our friendly cloakroom staff.

Food & Drinks

Your own catering is permitted on the exhibition grounds. Giving food, sweets or drinks to the organization team, exhibitors and dealers is generally not permitted!

There is of course a ban on alcohol and drugs on the entire NaokiCon site. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas and outside the exhibition hall.

Drinks may only be brought onto the event site in plastic bottles. Glass and aluminum bottles are generally not permitted, with the exception of baby food in jars, which we can hardly forbid the little ones. We recommend bringing bottles with a volume of 0.5-1 liter.

Cleanliness

Cleanliness must be maintained throughout the entire Naoki-Con area, smearing or soiling walls and floors is prohibited, violations will result in cleaning and personnel costs for the person responsible, or they will clean the hall with us at the end!

Vehicles that are parked illegally on the premises without consultation with the organizer will be towed away immediately if the driver does not leave the premises when asked to do so.

IN THE CONVENTION HALL

Rules of conduct

Generally speaking,
Disruptive behavior can lead to expulsion from the event. In case of doubt, the organization team has the final say. Not In addition, the house rules of the 100.5 Arena apply! We are just guests too! If a rule is broken, the person concerned will be expelled from the premises. A refund of the ticket is excluded!

Roller skates, roller skates, skateboards and similar items are only permitted for decorative purposes. But we believe you when you tell us that you can drive well.

Ball games are not permitted in order to minimize the risk of injury to other visitors and to you.

The use of loudspeakers or other technical devices for sound is only permitted after prior agreement with the organizer.

People who are under the influence of excessive alcohol or drugs will be expelled from the premises without much discussion.

Event visitors must leave the event and the premises at the end of opening hours because the team also wants to go home at some point.

Escape routes must always be kept clear!

Photos & Videos at the Con

Recording audio or video recordings in the program rooms without permission is prohibited. We also ask you to ask our dealers and artists FIRST whether you would like to take a photo or video with them or of their stand!

During the Naoki-Con, various images (photos, videos, etc.) will be taken by hired photographers and cameramen. By visiting and participating in the con, every visitor, dealer and artist expressly agrees that these recordings may be evaluated and used commercially without compensation and without time or spatial restrictions, provided that no personal interests are unduly violated.

If someone does not want to be posted in a photo or similar, or if a photo with them should be taken down, please write to us at [email protected] !

In the event of criminal offenses, the Naoki-Con team or organizers reserve the right to inform the police. (Please don’t let it get that far!)

Pets & Service animals

Live animals are generally not permitted, except for specially trained animals to assist people with disabilities.

COATROOM

You will find the cloakroom in the hall, which is subject to payment. Suitcases are not allowed in the hall. Only backpacks and bags with a maximum capacity of 24 liters are permitted.

All items left behind must be picked up by the end of the event, please do not forget anything. Any items lost during the convention can be picked up at the cloakroom once they have been found.

COSPLAY RULES

During the Naoki-Con there may be a large crowd of visitors. We would like to point out that costumes may have a maximum diameter of 1.50 meters in order to avoid space problems.

Despite the necessary regulations, we ask for your understanding in order to ensure a pleasant atmosphere and well-being of all visitors during the Naoki-Con. We all want to have fun!

Costumes should be appropriate and must not be too revealingn. Sufficient coverage of the chest, intimate area and buttocks is required. Obscene gestures or actions are not permitted, after all, this is a family event.

Costumes must not pose a danger to other visitors. Please ensure that colors and glitter applications do not rub off, drip or peel off. Not everyone has to come out sparkling.

Please follow the rules of the cosplay security check and bear in mind that show fights are not permitted. Even though it would certainly be funny.

Please refrain from using hairspray in the toilets or dyeing your hair. Defective cosplays can be repaired by our cosplay doc!

WEAPON RULES

It is forbidden to bring prohibited weapons onto the NaokiCon grounds or into the hall. It does not matter whether the person is in possession of a valid gun license that authorizes them to carry this weapon. To avoid injuries, the maximum size of staff weapons or staff-like accessories is limited to 2.00 meters, regardless of the material.

The prohibited items include:

  • Real firearms, airsoft and gas pistols (also unloaded), 
  • and real ammunition
  • Yellow blasters of any kind
  • Pyrotechnics and explosives (firecrackers, rockets, etc.)
  • Throwing weapons (e.g. throwing stars, darts, throwing knives)
  • Brass knuckles, club, steel rod
  • Choking weapons (e.g. nunchucks)
  • Slashing and stabbing weapons with sharp or blunt metal blades or with points
  • Permitted props and accessories may be worn for the entire duration of NaokiCon.

Permitted items include:

  • Imitation weapons that pose no danger
  • Rods, which are clearly only used for stabilization
  • Bow and quiver, but without arrows
  • Generally harmless objects

OUR REQUEST TO YOU!

Our request to you is to look after each other!

We all want to have a great convention and avoid unpleasant moments. We appeal to you, for example when choosing props for your cosplay, to ensure that this does not pose a danger to you or other visitors.

If you notice that someone is not feeling well or is uncomfortable, speak to us on site immediately so that we can find a solution together.

The helpers on site are always there for you! This way you can help us to ensure that every visitor can go home happy at the end of the convention.
