Children & Young People
- Children under 11 years: Free entry when accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Proof of age must be shown if required
- Every visitor aged 11 and over requires an entry ticket
- This also applies to people with severe disabilities and their companions with the B symbol
Tickets & Transferability
- All tickets are transferable until the first redemption at the event, regardless of the name on the ticket
- After redemption, the ticket is no longer transferable
Legal Notice
- The customer is solely responsible for meeting the participation requirements set by the government at the time of the event
- Changes to these requirements are not grounds for cancellation
- All tickets cannot be exchanged if the event takes place
- There is no legal right of cancellation according to Section 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code
- There is no entitlement to a refund of entry tickets (including VIP or upgrade tickets)
